Switching banks?  You won't need two friends and a truck.

Below are easy forms that will help you move your direct deposit(s) and automatic payment(s):

Form for Direct Deposits

Use the Direct Deposit Authorization form to switch your direct deposit from your previous financial institution or get one started. To change your Social Security or SSI direct deposit, please call (800) 772-1213. Veteran's benefits may be changed by calling (800) 827-1000. Come payday, the money will already be deposited in your account.

Form for Automatic Payments

Use the Automatic Payment Authorization form to change any automatic payments you have or to start an automatic payment. Possible automatic payments include:

• utilities (electric, gas, water, telephone, cable, internet, sewer, etc.)
• mortgage or rent payment
• car loan or lease
• credit cards
• insurance (property, life, long-term care, etc.)
• auto club
• health club

Form to Close your old account

Once all your checks have cleared your old account and your direct deposits and automatic payments have been transferred to your new Indiana Bank & Trust Company account, submit the Account Closure Request to your old financial institution.

The routing number is the first group of numbers between the first two symbols on the left.  The account number, between the second and third symbols, is the next set of numbers.
