Additional FDIC Insurance

Indiana Bank and Trust Company is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guaranteed Program.

• All non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account through December 31, 2010.
• Funds in NOW accounts earning .25% or less, and Interest on Lawyer's Trust Account (IOLTA) are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account through December 31, 2010.
• Coverage under the Transaction Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The FDIC Transaction Guarantee Program is part of the Temporary Liquity Guarantee Program.
