Q: What transactions can I do with Online Banking?
A: You can do almost any type of transaction that you can do at a teller window right at your computer, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can do all of the following:

• Review your account statements for the last few months, deposits, withdrawals, checks, ATM/POS transactions, ACH transactions, Online Banking transactions, or account history.
• Transfer funds between deposit accounts or from a deposit account to a loan account.
• Contact the bank via e-mail.
• Change your password.
• Request stock quotes for stocks traded on all major exchanges.

Q: What kind of account information will I get with Online Banking?
A: Online Banking is linked directly to Indiana Bank & Trust Company's online system. You can review your entire banking relationship on one screen. On subsequent pages, you can view and print balances and account histories, transfer money between accounts, change your password and e-mail us.

Q: How current is the information I get with Online Banking?
A: Online Banking operates in a real-time environment. That means as soon as you complete a transaction (a withdrawal at a teller window, for example), the transaction will appear on your online information.

Q: How can I transfer money between accounts? What types of accounts can I transfer funds to and from?
A: You can transfer funds between accounts established with identical tax ID numbers or social security numbers. You can transfer funds between deposit accounts and from deposit accounts to loan accounts. To perform transfers, simply specify the account you want the funds to come from and the account you want the funds to go to on the transfer screen.

Q: When will the transfers take place?
A: Your transfer will be completed as soon as you instruct Online Banking to do it. There is no delay between the time you input the transfer and its actual execution.

Q: Are there limits on the number of transfers I can make?
A: Some accounts, such as checking accounts, have no limits on the number of transfers you can make. However, according to Federal regulations, many savings accounts and money market accounts are allowed no more than six preauthorized withdrawals and transfers per month, including no more than three checks.
